Chicken - Chicken Fajitas

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • Flour or Corn tortillas
  • to garnish sour cream, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo
Sprinkle both sides of boneless chicken breast generously with ADAMS FAJITA SEASONING (about 5-7 tsp). Place chicken in covered dish and let marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Sear and cook chicken on hot grill or grill pan until cooked through. Let meat sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve on tortillas and garnish as desired.
Great served with GRILLED VEGETABLES!
