Seafood - Shrimp Fajitas

  • 2 lbs peeled shrimp
  • Flour or Corn tortillas
  • to garnish sour cream,cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo
Sprinkle both sides of peeled shrimp generously with ADAMS FAJITA SEASONING (about 5-7 tsp). Place shrimp in covered dish and let marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Sear and cook shrimp on hot grill or grill pan until cooked through (pink on both sides). Serve on tortillas and garnish as desired. Great served with GRILLED VEGETABLES!
