Pie - Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

Notes: If you do not have ADAMS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, make your own using the recipe under "Seasoning Blends & Rubs"

  • 1 prepared graham crust pie shell
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1 1/2 tsp ADAMS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add pumpkin, ADAMS BEST VANILLA and ADAMS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE; beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until top is lightly browned and center is almost set. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack for at least 1 hour. Then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with ADAMS BEST FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM (see recipe under icings & frostings) and an extra sprinkle of ADAMS PUMPKIN PIE SPICE.
