Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes and slice into bite size pieces. Mix melted butter (optional). olive oil, and Herbes de Provence together in large bowl. Place potatoes in bowl and coat well. Bake in oven for 30 minutes of until desired tenderness is reached.
- 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp ADAMS RESERVE Herbesde Provence
