Burger - Cajun Burger

Serves: 4

» Rémoulade Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbl dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 5 small pickles, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS PARSLEY
  • to taste salt and pepper
Whisk together the mayonnaise, both mustards, hot sauce, pickles, and parsley in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

» Cajun Burger

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tsp ADAMS CAJUN SEASONING
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS THYME
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS GRANULATED GARLIC
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS BASIL
  • 4 hanburger buns
In a bowl, combine all burger ingredients; shape into four patties. Cook on grill over medium-hot heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until burgers reach desired doneness.
Serve on hamburger buns topped with Rémoulade Sauce.
