Peel and wash potatoes. Slice potatoes into 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips.
Soak potato strips in water for at least 10 minutes. Pull out and dry on clean towel. Drop potato strips into hot (375 degrees) Oil. Depending on the size of pan, fries may need to be done in batches so that they do not overcrowd. Fry about 5 or 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pot and drain on paper towels briefly, then transfer to bowl and sprinkle ADAMS BURGERS, FRIES & MORE SEASONING and toss.
