Seafood - Shrimp and Guacamole Lettuce Scoops

Serves: 6

  • 1 package lettuce scoops (can be found in produce section)
  • 1 package prepared guacamole
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1 package cooked salad shrimp (can be found in frozen seafood)
  • 2 Tbl LATIN-N-LIME SEASONING RUB
Thaw shrimp under cold water. Once thawed, remove and pat dry. Cover and toss with LATIN-N-LIME SEASONING. Slice red onion thinly. Smooth out guacamole into lettuce cup. Scoop shrimp over guacamole. Place sliced onions on top. Roll and enjoy!
