Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil. Place salmon in dish, skin side down. In small bowl, stir together JUST RIGHT BURGER SPICE, mayo, and cheese. Top salmon with mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
- 2 Tbl JUST RIGHT BURGER SPICE
- 1 1/2 pound salmon filet
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- to garnish green onions, chopped
