Notes: Great appetizer recipe using Adams Reserve Spicy Aloha Rub. ALOHA and MAHALO in one bite!
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/4 each red, green, and yellow bell pepper, diced
2-3 small green onions, diced
1/2 large peice celery, diced
1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
2 Tbl pecans, chopped
2 Tbl Adams Reserve Spicy Aloha Rub
6-8 oz large pecan halves
1 pineapple top (cut in half)
Mix all ingredients except the pecan halves until well incorporated. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, place cream cheese mixture onto serving platter and mold into pineapple shape serving platter and mold into pineapple shape using plastic wrap. Line pecan halves in rows over the cream cheese mixture. Place pineapple top for decoration. Serve with crackers, pretzels, carrot sticks and/or other vegetables.
