Adams Almond Tea Cookies

  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp ADAMS ALMOND EXTRACT
  • 2 tsp ADAMS BUTTER FLAVORING
  • 1 tsp ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine margarine, oil, sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add ADAMS ALMOND EXTRACT, ADAMS BUTTER FLAVORING, AND ADAMS BEST VANILLA, mix well. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl slowly. Blend. Drop by the spoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms start to brown. If you prefer soft cookies, cook for a shorter period of time.
