Chive Pepper Omelet

  • 4 eggs,beaten
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS MALABAR GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 tsp ADAMS CHIVES,softened, drained
  • 2 tsp crumbled bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS ONION POWDER
Add milk, ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER and ADAMS ONION POWDER to beaten eggs. Blend well. Pour onto hot, greased skillet. Cook over low heat for 3 or 5 minutes until bottom is golden brown in color. Sprinkle ADAMS CHIVES, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese and fold in half. Continue cooking over low heat until top springs back when depressed. Slide onto plate, serve immediately.
