Brownies - Chocolate Mocha Almond Brownies

  • 1-1/2 cups margarine, melted
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 2 Tbsp ADAMS ALMOND EXTRACT
  • 2 Tbsp ADAMS BUTTER FLAVORING
  • 1 Tbsp ADAMS CHOCOLATE EXTRACT
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup less 2 Tbsp
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugar, ADAMS BEST VANILLA, ADAMS ALMOND EXTRACT, ADAMS CHOCOLATE EXTRACT and ADAMS BUTTER FLAVORING. Beat well. Add eggs, instant coffee mixture and chocolate syrup. Mix well. Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Add to above mixture. Mix well. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the brownies pull away form the sides of the pan. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
