Grilled Potatoes

  • 3 medium to large baking potatoes, cut into 1/2" slices
  • 1 Tbl margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbl honey
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS PARSLIC GARLIC PEPPER
  • 2 tsp ADAMS CHILI POWDER
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS ONION POWDER
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS PAPRIKA
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine margarine and honey. Add ADAMS SPICES. Coat potatoes with mixture. Spread potatoes on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. TO GRILL: Place heavy foil, and crimp edges. Cook over coals until tender. Do not overcook on the grill to prevent parsley from burning, thus giving the food a bitter taste.
