Cookies - Wedding Cookies

Notes: These delicious cookies are a tradition at Hispanic weddings.

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Adams Clear Van
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Nuts
Mix together butter and sugar, then add Adams Clear Van. Add in flour and salt, mix well. Fold in finely chopped nuts and chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pan and roll in powdered sugar while cookies are still warm.
