Adams Pure Orange Extract 2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp. Soda 11/4 tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. Milk Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg and flavoring and mix well. Sift together flour, soda and salt mix with above. Then stir in 2 tbsp. of milk. Dip hands in flour and form dough into small balls, and place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Flattten with a flat-bottom glass dipped in sugar as each cookie is pressed. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
