  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1 graham pie shell
  • 1 chocolate baking square
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 egg yolks
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Mix in sugar, flour, and salt. Add milk and eggs and cook until thick. It will be lumpy. Take off heat, add butter and vanilla and mix with mixer until smooth. Pour in graham pie shell and cool in refrigerator. Serve with whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
