Adams Best Vanilla
This is how we started! Our Adams Best Vanilla doesn't bake or freeze out and enhances a variety of desserts, puddings, cakes, custards, creams, ice cream, and cookies. Don't say Vanilla, Say Adams Best. Enjoy!

| Pumpkin Bread II |

- 16 oz can Pumpkin
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 3/4 cup Water
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1-1/3 tbsp Adams Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Adams Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Adams Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3-1/4 cups All Purpose Flour (do not use self-rising flour)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (not oil) and flour 3-8x4 inch loaf pans. Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Add in flour, slowly. Mix well. Evenly distribute batter in loaf pans. Place in oven on center rack and cook for 50-60 minutes, until knife inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan. Continue cooling. Will keep frozen for a month if stored in a lightly sealed container.
