Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter all sides of 4 ramekins. In double boiler, melt together butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Beat egg yolks together with sugar until pale and fluffy. Mix in ADAMS BEST VANILLA. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture. In separate bowl whip egg whites until frothy. Add ADAMS CREAM OF TARTER and mix until stiff peaks form. With spatula fold in egg white mixture into chocolate mixture, careful not to over mix. Separate batter into 4 ramekins. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges of cake look cooked but center is still wobbly. Let sit 1-2 minutes. Serve in remekin with any topping desired (powdered sugar, whipped cream, fruit...)
