Sift the dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl, until they are stiff. Put egg whites aside. Add the egg yolks, oil, milk, Adams Imitation Strawberry Extract (or any other flavoring you wish to try) to the dry ingredients. Beat until the batter has no lumps. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Follow your waffle makers instructions to cook the batter. Add topping of your choice. We suggest fresh strawberries with either hot syrup or whipped topping.
