Cream Cheese Frosting

Wonderful with Red Velvet Cupcakes!

  • 1 pound Cream Cheese
  • 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 teaspoons ADAMS BEST VANILLA
Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioners sugar and ADAMS BEST VANILLA and mix until well incorporated. Can be used immediately or stored in refrigerator until needed. To make icing cake or cupcakes easier, use room temperature frosting. Use piping bag and flower tip to frost cupcakes for a uniformed and decorative touch!
