Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks of celery, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 2 ADAMS BAY LEAVES
  • 2 teaspoons ADAMS PARSLEY
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • To taste ADAMS CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, light and dark meat
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked al dente
Directions:
In a large dutch oven or soup pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté for 8 minutes or until softened. Add the chicken stock, bay leaves, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the chicken and noodles and cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
