Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 pint, cut cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar real bacon bits or bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS BEEF FAJITA SEASONING
  • 1 cup jalapeno dressing, any premade dressing with Spanish flavoring
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve at room temperature.
