Pineapple Cupcakes

Flavor up a box cake recipe and make mini pineapple upside down cupcakes!

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Box White cake mix
1 Teaspoon ADAMS PINAPPLE EXTRACT
1 can pinapple slices
1 jar cherries
1 can Vanilla icing

Directions:

Make cake batter as directed. Add in Pineapple extract. Fill cupcake pan liners and cook as directed on box. Icing - Mix 1 Teaspoon pineapple extract in vanilla store bought icing. Ice cupcakes. Top with a slice of pineapple and cherry for added flavor and color!
