Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 12 fresh jalapenos
  • 1/2 package breakfast sausage
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 24 slices thin bacon
  • 24 toothpicks
  • 1 cup shreaded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Adams Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Adams Cayenne Pepper
Cut  jalapenos in half and de-seed. Let jalapenos soak in cold water to reduce heat. Cook sausage into crumbles and remove from heat. Mix soft cream cheese and cheese with cooled sausage. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture. Wrap jalapenos with 1 slice bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill for 45 minutes. Bacon should be cooked and crisp and jalapenos soft.
