Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp ADAMS GROUND CINNAMON
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS GROUND NUTMEG
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup smashed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp shredded orange peel
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl stir together eggs, sugar, mashed fruit, oil, and peel. Add in flour and stir together. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
