Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Great way to use ground chicken!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups mushrooms of choice
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper, any color
  • 1 can, chopped water chestnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 large iceberg lettuce head
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbl Adams Garlic Powder
Directions:
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic. add orange peel, bell pepper, and water chestnuts. stir fry 1 minute. Add Hoisin sauce and toss to coat. Core and quarter lettuce head. Fill lettuce leaf with meat mixture and serve.
