Broccoli Rice Casserole

15 minutes / 35 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups rice
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli - thawed
  • 3/4 cups chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 8 oz cheese wiz or Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS BLACK GROUND PEPPER
  • 1 can mushrooms (if desired)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice and broccoli. Saute onion in butter. Drain broccoli and mix together with onion and cheese wiz. Add soups, water, spices and fold in rice. Bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes.
