Mustard Dill Creamy Chicken Salad

Great quick lunch or way to use leftover chicken breasts.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chopped chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 6 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp Adams Dill
  • to taste salt
Directions:
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, and spices until well blended. Mix in cucumber and red onion. Fold in chicken breast. Place 1 large spoonful of chicken salad inside butter lettuce leaf.
