Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small lunch size bag tortilla chips, smashed
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 can drained black beans
  • 2 Tbl Adams Tacos, Enchiladas, & More
Directions:
Brown ground  beef and drain.  Mix in 1.5 Tbl Adams Tacos, Enchiladas & more seasoning.  Mash avocado and mix in remaining .seasoning.  Chop lettuce and separate onto 4 plates.  Top with remaining ingredients evenly.
