Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 Tbl butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbl sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Heat pan or griddle with oil or butter. Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto hot pan. Cook on one side until brown and batter begins to bubble in the middle, then flip. Cook until second side is brown.
