Directions:
Combine spices in a small bowl. Lightly brush flank steak with olive oil and rub seasoning mixture into both sides. Place steak on grill and cook through. (about 6 minutes on each side) In separate bowl combine tomato, green onion, corn, olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. When ready to serve, slice steak against grain and cover with tomato relish.
