Sprinkle both sides of the skirt steak generously with ADAMS FAJITA SEASONING (about 5-7 tsp). Place skirt steak in covered dish and let marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Sear and cook fajitas on hot grill or grill pan until cooked through. Let meat sit for 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Serve on tortillas and garnish as desired.
