Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound flank/skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoons ADAMS FAJITA SEASONING
  • 1 package mixed greens salad
  • 20 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup oil based dressing of choice
Directions:
Cover flank steak with oil and Adams Fajita Seasoning. Grill until cooked through. Thinly slice diagonally across the grain. Separate mixed greens and tomatoes onto 4 plates. Top with sliced steak and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
