Melt Chocolate almond bark and Crisco in a microwave safe container in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes (all microwaves are different but just until both items are completely melted). Add Adams Extract or Powdered Extracts (Strawberry, Almond, and Vanilla work great). Mix well. With tongs dip items (strawberries/pretzels) in mixture one at a time. Tap each one on the side of your bowl to remove excess chocolate then place on wax paper. When dry remove each one from the wax paper and place in a covered dish. ENJOY!
If using fruit, make sure fruit is dry before dipping.
