Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat (450° to 550°F).
In a small bowl, combine ground beef and seasoning.
Divide the ground chuck into four equal portions, each about 5-inches in diameter.
Brush the cooking grates clean. Grill the patties over Direct High heat with the lid closed as much as possible, until cooked to medium doneness, 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or twice. During the last minute of grill time, toast the buns, cut sides down, over direct heat. Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. Serve the burgers on buns with lettuce, tomatoes and your favorite condiments.
