Fruit and Pound Cake

Great Red, White, and Blue dessert. Serve individually or place on large serving plate for buffet style serving. Also beautiful layered in a clear glass.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ADAMS FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE or store bought pound cake
  • 2 tablespoons ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1 large container Whipped Topping
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND CINNAMON
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, halved
Directions:
Wash berries and place strawberries and blueberries in bowl and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.  Stir well to combine. Place whipped topping in a large bowl. Add the vanilla and stir until combined. Place a slice of cake on a plate and top with berry mixture and a large spoonful of the whipped topping mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
