Italian Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef can be substituted with 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound ground pork. Serve with homemade or premade sauce! Great on a sandwich or served on top of spaghetti!

Break bread slices into small pieces (food processor works great!). Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl until well combined. Roll meatballs 1 1/2- 1 3/4" in diameter. Cover bottom of sauté pan with olive oil and heat over medium high. Fry meatballs in oil, rolling frequently, until evenly browned and juices run clear.
