15 minutes / 20 minutes a pound

Ingredients:
  • 1 3 bone prime rib roast
  • 6-8 Tbl Adams Reserve Prime Rib & Steak Rub
Directions:
Generously cover prime rib roast with seasoning. Cook at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes a pound. Set on rack in pan.  Or if you do not have a rack, thick slice onion, lay on sheet pan, and place roast on onions.
