Jamaican Jerk Rub
Marinate with flavorful Jerk seasoning when barbecuing beef, chicken, and pork. Score meat with shallow cuts and liberally rub seasoning over surface area. Rub underneath skin when preparing skin on chicken. Great with seafood, sausage, vegetables, and tofu, too!
